Irene Tsang founded Metta Works in 2014 after twenty years of experience in the Asian luxury retail industry. Authenticity and benevolence are two of Irene’s core beliefs, and through Metta Works Irene aims to realize her vision that these qualities could co-exist with influential leadership and commercial successes.
Irene’s career in multi-national organizations include CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Products, Clinique China, Cathay Pacific Airways and Tiffany & Co., and span the scope through sales, marketing, operations to learning and development.
Irene joined Tiffany & Co. in 2003 as the first Regional Trainer in Asia Pacific region and within a year was promoted to Regional Training Manager, achieving collaborative success between headquarters and regional markets.
As Sales & Operations Director for Tiffany Hong Kong and Macau, Irene successfully championed organizational restructuring in a rapid changing environment. Focusing on sales performance, strategic planning, personnel management, budget and operations, Irene was responsible for leading and managing a sales team of over one hundred members plus a customer service team.
As Head of Tiffany & Co.’s Education & Development for the Asia Pacific region, Irene supported the rapid growth of the regional markets by defining training strategy and provided coaching and management for the development of trainers and coaches in China, Korea, Australia and South East Asia.
Irene’s close work with business units and market leaders makes her an effective learning and development professional. In her sixteen years in this area she has designed and conducted training programs for sales and customer service teams, frontline and functional managers and leaders.
Irene’s proven ability in translating vision and strategy into actions, as well as high connectivity among a range of people in terms of positions, personalities and cultures means that she is often sought out as an internal coach to leaders.

She has held global and regional human resource roles both as a Specialist HR in the areas of business unit restructuring, integration of HR policies of merged entities, as well as compensation and benefits and as a Generalist HR practitioner.

Originally from New York, Anna is based in Singapore and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC).
Anna graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies (MALS) degree in interdepartmental East Asian Studies.
Fran is the founder and MD of the Scarlet Design Group, a strategic design, facilitation and training company consultancy business focusing on delivering design, facilitation and training services to a range of local, national and international clients.
Since 2009, Fran has expanded her business to establish the Scarlet Design Group – a team of expert consultants who deliver facilitation, training and events. Her personal expertise lies in leadership and being able to manage the entire process, from the planning stage, through to sourcing the venue and team, designing all materials (bi/multi-lingually) delivery of the event and production of the final review document. The SDG team have designed and delivered events ranging from large-scale public sector consultation to business strategy and conferences.
Fran is an experienced facilitator and in a consultancy role provides workshops on creative thinking, company structure and culture, data visualisation, ideas generation, product development, range planning and brand strategy. She manages information gathering processes, and leads consultations; using a combination of strategic thinking, problem-solving and drawing skills, to provide innovative person-centred workshops and to stimulate fresh thinking and practices.
Previously the Design Manager at Disney Travel Products (DTP) – Disney’s first global division – at the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles, Fran was responsible for managing the creative team outputs and licensee product development. Her role also encompassed development of the Mickey’s World brand and launch into the Travel Retail/Tax-Free outlets across the globe.
Prior to joining DTP, Fran was Design Manager at the Disney Consumer Products, Asia Pacific Regional headquarters in Hong Kong. Based within the marketing department, Fran co-ordinated the country office creative teams, designed brand guides and supported the regional teams’ creative needs. During her time at Disney, Fran designed and led creative conferences in Bali and Bombay, and travelled to 11 countries in Asia Pacific managing the Disney brands.

Nishi has more than 20 years of professional experience as a management consultant, moderator, facilitator, coach and trainer.
Nishi Levitt has led learning and development teams for more than a decade and has been part of two companies that have been ranked #1 in the world for learning and development; Satyam achieved the #1 rank in 2007 and Booz Allen Hamilton achieved the same in 2006.
Nishi was part of the creation of the internationally recognized Satyam School of Leadership now under Mahindra Satyam (Hyderabad, India). She led the “Emerging and New Leaders” and was responsible for a significant reduction in turnover among new leaders resulting in a savings of more than $6M a year. The process won an Award Citation from American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). She also won an ASTD Citation for the Adjunct Instructor Program for Booz Allen Hamilton (VA).
She has experience both in Mentoring & Coaching at a leadership level. She has completed the Seldman Executive Coaching Certification Program run by Marty Seldman (Author: Customer Tells, Survival of the Savvy) Nishi has featured been featured in the WOW Magazine for Hyderabad for Dress for Success. Additionally she has been featured in the Hyderabad Deccan Chronicle (April 2013) when she served as Emcee for the Founder of Dilmah Tea – Sri Lanka at the Radisson Blu. Nishi also specializes in Soft Skills Training: Train the Trainer, Team Building, Presentation Skills, MBTI etc. Nishi also creates Onboarding and other customized programmes.
