I will be speaking at a Womans Media Network Breakfast Series in these coming weeks and would like to invite you readers to join me in a frank discussion.
You can find details about the event below:
Research indicates that women are much more prone to transformational leadership and organizations with transformational leaders are more likely to outperform — if this is so then, why do we not see more women at the top?
In this highly interactive presentation, speaker Jane Horan discusses the subtle shifts organizations and individuals need to address to ensure both reach their full potential.
The discussion highlights the role of power dynamics, influence networks, language distinctions, and well-intended organizational systems; talent and performance management as inhibitors of growth.
Jane will also share new research on mentoring, advocacy, and re-entering the workforce as avenues to attract and retain talented women leaders.
